This is chair yoga but not necessarily only for elderly individuals, hence the name. This class is inclusive of all age levels. Even if you are an advanced yogi, you will find challenge in this class. We will do things in this class to strengthen the entire body and create a more functional body. A strong core helps to create a healthy spine. This class was designed mostly for those who cannot get up and down from the floor, but all yogis will benefit from this class. I do bring a good challenge to this class, but as with all my classes, make it your own.
This class is heavy miofascial release, designed to repair damaged tissue for over and under use from the weekend. It is a great way to start your week.
Rest is as important as anything else is yet it's the thing we tend to neglect. This class is intended for a rest and reset. Relaxing the mind which relaxes the nervous system which releases tension. We need to learn to tap into this gift of rest. It is vital to our wellness.

This class still has a gentle approach but for the next few months will have a focus to meet the needs of expecting mamas. You do NOT need to be pregnant to attend these classes. Most attendees of this class are not pregnant. This class focuses on creating space in a growing body. Opening hips and bringing Relief to the low back. We will also focus on pelvic floor exercise, strengthening the core and low back to support a growing body. This is a great class for everyone.
This is a go with the flow style yoga. This class has a good balance of function ability, movement, balance, miofascial release, stretch and strength.

This class will have your heart pumping as you go through a series of jabs, hooks, uppercuts and kicks designed to help you build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and get you on your way to a leaner body and a healthier state of mind. Every move in this class can be modified to be low or high impact depending on your level. You choose your intensity. Mix up your routine and relieve some stress with kickboxing! This class will be done to a dvd with heavy cueing by me. Wear shoes and bring water!!

This class Is designed for you and your partner to unplug from the outside world and focus on communication and connection. This is a gentle partner stretching class. We also incorporate a bit of Thai massage.
This class is an opportunity for you to learn so much about your own anatomy. I will teach you how to learn the connection of your restrictions to what needs to be released to find rest in a peak pose through self miofascial release and deep stretching. By releasing the tissue your body plays nice and you will find strength and rest in a pose.
We all need cardio and this class helps you to get your heart rate up during our yoga flow. We will be using a HIIT style format to bring the heart rate up briefly then bring it back down again. You will also benefit from the lovely stretching and mmobility work from this style of class.
With the rise of shoulder injuries and shoulder limitations we need to show our shoulders some love. We work strength a lot through vinyasas and arm balances. This class is focused on lovingly care for the shoulder joint, upper back and heart space. The combination of these spaces opened makes for good posture and allows better air flow to and from our lungs. All things working together for good.
Hips, Hips, Hips!!! This is one area that most people complain about being tight. So lets spend some quality time just focusing on the hips. The hip area holds tension, trauma, and stress. When they tighten up it affects everything! Your back will have issues with tight hips. If we can get the hips unlocked we tend to have fewer issues with pain in our body. To release the hips it takes time. Time to marinate in postures and work some mobility tools in particular areas. This is time we don't have in our other classes to spend on one area. In this class we will have the time to marinate.
This class is just as it says… delicious!! Our hips and heart class is a favorite and this is sure to be as well. We will open hamstrings and heart. Anytime we open the heart it opens the back. When we open hamstrings the hip flexors are usually accessed as well leaving the body feeling amazing when you leave class!!
This class covers all the yummy things experiencing a complete flow. Mobility, flexibility, strength, balance, inversions, arm balances, breath, and rest. We will give a little bit of time to each of these elements bringing about the complete package.
This class is a strengthen and lengthen class. We will do a flow that will definitely challenge the legs by working the quads, calves, hamstrings and hip flexors all while stretching those same areas. Your legs will feel super long when you leave class.
This class is designed to create space between each vertebrae. Lengthening and strengthening the spine. This will be a yummy opening of the entire back.
This is a super fun flow that builds pose upon pose. What we do on one side we always do on the other side. We start with one pose on each side then adding a pose each sequence to the previous pose. The body feels super opened up after this yummy flow!
This class has a focus on the entire backside of the body. Working mobility then strength will work to support your spine and help with posture. We will also lengthen and strengthen the back of the legs
In this class we use socks for the purpose of a deeper more purposeful engagement. We have extremely high quality grippy mats, however the downside to having exceptIonal mats is that we can tend to get a little lazy with our postures. Doing yoga in socks forces you to deeply engage to hold the pose. It requires a bit more mind body connection. This class will definitely help strengthen the core.
Courageous flow is a class to challenge you to face and work toward conquering fears. We are so much in our head that our mind limits our body’s s ability to overcome and progress forward. Let’s grow together in becoming fearless in our yoga practice.

This class will begin with a little mobility work, but move toward fluid movements. Increasing range of motion in the joints from top to bottom. We will work toward a fluid flexible spine with twists and back bending.
This is a fluid core strengthening class. We will challenge the core with twists and varying balance postures. We also incorporate our plank in this class as well.
All things pigeon pose. Seated, double, reclined, wall, regular, flying and King pigeon. This class is a combination of stretch and strength of the hip and low back region. All things working together for the good of your body.
This class is designed to work joint mobility for more functional movements. Getting fluid moving through the joints helps to reduce inflammation and and creates a more functional space in your body. We will work those neglected areas in this class bringing both more flexibility and strength to these areas.
This flow is a deep back bending flow that opens the spine and hip flexors. Through this flow we will build toward a scorpion pose. Working backbends helps support good posture.
In this class we will work through the warrior series which are our foundational asanas. There will be a vinyasa between each posture building strength in the chest and shoulders and finding intentional engagement in each of the postures. This is a great class to strengthen total body and at the same time work flexibility and mobility. This class will help you to leave feeling energized and fabulous!
This class is a good mix of miofascial release, strength, stretch, flow time and play time! It’s a full but fabulous class that will leave you feeling empowered and amazing!
This class is an opportunity for one of our own yogis who have been practicing yoga for awhile to lead class. They get to choose style of flow and music. This is an opportunity for our tribe to support one another and allow a yogi a safe space to practice teaching a class.
This class is a great class to fine tune your poses. We will break down the poses working on alignment and a deeper cueing of each posture. Some times the holds can be extensive. Come prepared to work10
In this heated flow we will increase the temperature of the room to encourage sweating for detoxification and deeper stretching.
This class will balance you out while strengthening your body and stretching at the same time. Building muscle is necessary for health and wellness but if our muscles are too tight it limits our function ability. We will spend a maximum of 10 min on mobility work, do a nice stretch and strength flow then finish off with playtime.
Yin and Yang are opposite but complementary. The first half of class will be a heated , energizing flow which is the Yang and the last half of class will be long holds in deep stretches for the Yin part. With the muscles warm and fluid flowing through the joints this will be a harmonious flow.
In this class we will begin with a nice flow portion of our practice To warm up the muscles and lubricate the joints. Then we will move into a drills and skills portion ;to further work on strengthening different areas of the body to access deeper engagements For more challenging poses.

If you have always been curious what we do with this fun prop, the yoga wheel, then come give This class a try. We use the wheel in every class but in this particular class we will use the wheel throughout the entire class! This will stretch you, strengthen you and work you core!
This class is all about the bind. A bind allows a deeper expression of a pose. It also allows modifications for an inaccessible posture. We will properly open the body and work the binds in our flow.
This class focuses on the side body. We will do an intensive stretch and strength flow in a heated environment for that deeper access to the postures.
This class works drills and poses to engage the core deeply, work mulah bandha (root lock) and strengthening the shoulders to develop your press into inversions and arm balance.
This class we will work lower abdominals, hip flexors and low back muscles. All of these muscle groups work together and when we learn to use them together we can access more challenging postures.
This class opens the heart space, spine and the hip flexors. This Flow is wonderful for the posture.
This class is so yummy! Deep hip flexor opening along with the spine to help the posture and the body overall feel fantastic! Each pose primes you for our peak pose Wild Thing
This class is an all time favorite. We open the entire shoulder through miofascial release, then stretch the shoulders which allows the heart space to open up for a beautiful posture. This class leaves the body feeling amazing usually for a couple days.
This class is about balancing the entire body. We do breath work that helps to balance the brain. We open the body to bring balance to both sides then we also do a balancing flow.
This class is a soft movement of rhythmic breathing and movement. Four count inhale to a four count exhale continuously moving through shapes.
Come and play and explore the fun of inversions and arm balances!! Arm balances and inversions can be very empowering postures to access. Learn the tips and tricks to accessing these fun poses! Even if you have never done one before this class is for you!!
in this class we will explore new Shapes. A pose reveals where we are flexible or inflexible, strong or weak, balanced or imbalanced, mobile or limited mobility. You will learn a lot about your own anatomy in this class

Let’s get upside down!! In this class we will work drills to help us feel more comfortable getting upside down. We have all sorts of props to help you feel secure. Whether your feet leave the ground or not we have ways to help you benefit from inversions

This class is a fun opportunity for you to playfully connect with your partner! Disconnect from the outside world and tune in to your partner. We will play around with some basic Acro drills and poses and do some yummy partner stretches.

Ashtanga is a more structured style of yoga with a specific sequence of postures. This style of yoga will challenge the body and the mind. this will help with specifically core and upper body strength.
In this class, attendees will be introduced to some fundamentals of self defense through the lens of the S.P.E.A.R. System.
The S.P.E.A.R. System is the study of human movement as it relates to violence, fear and aggression.
It is NOT a martial art.
This is an hour long class for four weeks. You do not have to attend all 4 sessions but all 4 sessions are recommended.

Every Wednesday night is a great opportunity if you are a beginner or are looking to refine your practice. This class will break down the poses to help make them accessible for everyone and teach you the foundations of our practice here at The Breathing Room.
Thitry minutes of kickboxing then wrapping up the rest of our hour with yoga to stretch out all the areas we activated with kickboxing. We will be using the Les Mills Combat 30 min workout in every kickboxing class this month. It gets more fun as you learn the routine!! This is a super fun workout with super fun and high energy music!! Being a water bottle for hydration! Shoes may be worn for foot support! I will mop after every kickboxing class to keep our space clean for bare hands and feet for our regular yoga classes 😉
This class works miofascial in the hips for greater function ability in the joints while strengthening the surrounding tissue for greater support of the hip. This class will both open and strengthen the hip space. Our flow will be a more dynamic flow with moving in and out of that space reaching the greatest range of motion for your hips.
This class is a beginner friendly class. We keep things on the gentle side. We will balance out the body with mobility, stretch, strength and balance while keeping impact and intensity low.
This will be a day of loving you in the studio and in my home. I will feed you both breakfast and lunch. We will engage in gentle movement and breathwork, a creative session and an amazing shavasana experience during a lovely sound bath. Everything will be done from a chair or standing except the sound bath. That will be on a luxurious comfy mat with bolsters and a blanket. If you are unable to be on the floor I can make accommodations for you. I will have parting gifts for you as well. All retreats are non-refundable but are transferable.
