This class still has a gentle approach but for the next few months will have a focus to meet the needs of expecting mamas. You do NOT need to be pregnant to attend these classes. Most attendees of this class are not pregnant. This class focuses on creating space in a growing body. Opening hips and bringing Relief to the low back. We will also focus on pelvic floor exercise, strengthening the core and low back to support a growing body. This is a great class for everyone.
