Kickboxing

Get ready to destress and feel more powerful than ever with our kickboxing class. This class will have your heart pumping as you go through a series of jabs, hooks, uppercuts and kicks designed to help you build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and get you on your way to a leaner body and a healthier state of mind. Every move in this class can be modified to be low or high impact depending on your level. You choose your intensity. Mix up your routine and relieve some stress with kickboxing! This class will be done to a dvd with heavy cueing by me. Wear shoes and bring water!!
