Come and and join us for some Disco fun!! Learn a simple choreography and free your inhibitions and move those hips!! There will be disco lighting for disco vibes! Grace will teach us a simple choreography and we will repeat that to get comfortable with the movement. The repetitiveness will help with muscle memory and the better that muscle memory gets the more confident you feel with your movement! It’s only $10 per person for and hour and a half!
