Hips, Hips, Hips!!! This is one area that most people complain about being tight. So lets spend some quality time just focusing on the hips. The hip area holds tension, trauma, and stress. When they tighten up it affects everything! Your back will have issues with tight hips. If we can get the hips unlocked we tend to have fewer issues with pain in our body. To release the hips it takes time. Time to marinate in postures and work some mobility tools in particular areas. This is time we don't have in our other classes to spend on one area. In this class we will have the time to marinate.
